Max Beck and Joyce Harvey are cousins. They made their first film together at age 16. Both led separate successful careers in broadcasting with Joyce in television news and Max in film and video production. They come from a  family of commercial and hobbyist beekeepers and hope to use their professional experience and talent to create awareness for honey bee conservation.
